1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 2- quart muffin cups or liners.
In a large bowl, combine sugar, honey, vanilla, egg and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly. Fold in cinnamon, almonds and orange juice. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
