4 eggs
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease greased cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir eggs, confectioners' sugar and cinnamon thoroughly, then beat in nutmeg. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 0 minutes in the preheated oven, 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Stir for an additional 10 minutes, until completely cool on the baking sheet.
