2 cups butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and baking soda mix well. Mix in the rolled oats, almonds and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto unprepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
