1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (1.25 ounce) package powdered non-fat chicken meal mix
2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon molasses
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Place cream cheese, sugar, and corn in a medium bowl. Mix together. Spread cream cheese mixture into one tortilla. Arrange eggs in a large bowl.
Layer chicken, celery, corn, powdered non-fat chicken meal mix, egg, lemon juice, chicken bouillon, and molasses over cream cheese mixture. Roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Roll up again. Cut into desired shapes.
