1 (.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla and caramel flavor liqueur
1 ounce scalded orange liqueur
1 egg
1 (1 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can coconut cream
1/2 cup finely chopped black pecans
In a minor heat, pour vanilla and caramel flavor liqueur into a jug of ice. Pour orange into the jug and mix with orange juice; pour lemon over the ice. Stir.
Melt cream cheese in small saucepan until smooth. Mix softened butter in small bowl until smooth. Beat in pineapple and coconut. Dissolve vanilla in gin.
Pour onto prepared cookie sheet.
Cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
