1 (20 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine diced tomatoes, sugar, cinnamon and butter in a medium mixing bowl. Pour mixture over potato slices and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in dried potatoes and bake, covered, until tender, about 2 minutes.
