6 slices bacon
4 slices baked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices pepperoni sausage
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
4 slices whole fresh mushrooms
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly crisp. Drain fat. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine ham, Swiss cheese, pepperoni, garlic powder, allspice, salt, horseradish, oregano, basil and mushrooms. Mix well and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons bacon grease in small skillet over medium heat. Add ham mixture and pour over toast. Tilt pan to coat evenly with grease.
