Baked Molasses Chicken Asian Recipe

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

3/4 cup chicken broth

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 teaspoons cornstarch

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Place skinless four chicken breasts in one layer, facing outward. Pat package with aluminum foil and place in refrigerator.

Prepare the broth and soy sauce in the same order outlined in package directions for My 2 Week Lemon Bread.

Combine honey brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and pepper in small mixing bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon or spatula until well blended. Serve on chicken.

Cook chicken in oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove and set aside.

To make the sauce combine honey brown sugar, cranberry juice and cornstarch in small mixing bowl.

Pour sauce into a large aluminum foil platter and microwave on medium to high heat until thick. Stir sauce almost immediately after stirring chicken breasts. Remove foil and serve immediately. Pulled breast meat in small bowl should remain moist. Enjoy!
