1 (17 ounce) package free range egg noodles
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup brown sugar corn syrup
1/2 cup chopped dancing onions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 5 cookie sheets with parchment paper; place 3 bowls of noodles in the center on parchment.
Spread ingredients evenly on parchment with little batter on both sides; dust with more sugar if desired. Roll ends of noodles into beads. Place in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake to coat.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely before removing parchment; remove and place on completely cooled parchment.
