2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 ounces crumbled cottage cheese
Melt the beef, onions and bell pepper in a large stockpot or Dutch oven. Mix in the garlic powder, chili powder, parsley, onion and cheese. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes.
