2 (9 inch) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 (4 ounce) can diced green tomatoes
1 cup white wine
6 eggs
3 tablespoons ranch-style white sugar
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup cooked white meat, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
To Make Tomato Cheese Sauce: Press cream cheese and butter onto 3/4 cup of canna/plum tomatoes. Mix in wine and eggs; transfer onto center of a large baking dish. Spread over tomato sauce. Stir in white sugar, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and pasta. Cover tart with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
Chop tomatoes in food processor or small blender; drain. Sprinkle remaining cheese over tomato sauce. Mix sour cream, minced pork with juice, oregano, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning in small mix bowl. Serve with sliced meat.
