2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
1 medium zucchini, torn into 1/2 inch rounds
1 medium yellow squash, peeled and cubed
2 cups cooked, peeled baby corn
1/2 cup butter
3 slices white bread
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry onion, zucchini, yellow squash, corn and butter until golden. Blend in bread, then stir until well coated. Serve in warm bowls or in salads.
