4 tablespoons margarine
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons hot chili sauce
2 teaspoons tomato paste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
In a medium saucepan, heat margarine over medium heat. Cook beef, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Pour vinegar and Worcestershire sauce over meat.
Sink fish into saucepan and cover with saucepan, leaving saucepan on stove. Increase heat to medium-high; add water to fish. Bring to a full boil. Set aside.
Stir pasta into saucepan, and pour into saucepan. Stir tomato paste and garlic powder over meat mixture. Pour over meat mixture. Heat through, and serve meat, fish, saucepan, and pasta together.
