Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (2 ounce) container frozen lemon cake mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10x15 inch pan.

In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and pudding mix. Beat in the creamed mixture and the thawed frozen whipped topping. Spread half of the mixture over the bottom of the prepared pan. Layer with the remaining half over the top of the pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

To make the frosting, stir together the lemon cake mix and the frozen whipped topping. The frosting will be stiff but spreadable.
