1/2 cup margarine
1 (7 ounce) can tomato soup
1 cup rice vinegar
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (10.6 ounce) can whole cranberry cranberry juice concentrate
1 (12 fluid ounce) can crushed pineapple juice concentrate
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir in margarine, tomato soup, rice vinegar, orange juice concentrate, cranberry cranberry juice concentrate and pineapple juice concentrate. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in marjoram, lemon zest, crushed red pepper, and pineapple. Serve hot or cold.
