1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon peanut extract
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon white sugar for garnish
In a large bowl, mix margarine and milk. Mix together lemon juice, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, oregano, basil and eggs. Blend gently, until well blended.
Combine peanut extract, lemon juice and sugar and mix well. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer mixture, mixing well, into greased 8 inch roll pan.
Fold cheese mixture into the prepared pan. Garnish with lemon juice and sugar.
Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
