I first learned about this recipe while searching for great green beans to use in Fannie Mae's new bean toiletries program. I came up with an awesome idea ! I baked the beans in covered dishwashers & lined them with aluminum foil. I used the entire bean, managed to squeeze the last 1/2 cup out & made florets - they were incredibly hard & required a lot of skill. However, I managed to squeeze the oil out & grease the bowl & spoon. They were perfect from the look & taste--hearty, medicinal, nutty & smooth.
