1 teaspoon butter
1 egg
1 cup corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon dried pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, egg, corn flour, baking powder, pepper, parsley and salt. Stir in the flour mixture. Fold the cornbread batter into the creamed mixture. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a casserole comes out clean.
