1/4 cup butter
1 cup red wine
1 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 egg
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Place butter in a medium saucepan; cover, and simmer on medium heat until butter melts. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in wine, ketchup, sugar, water, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, bay leaf, egg and mushrooms. Reduce heat to low; simmer until eggs are set, about 20 minutes.
Add vegetables, oil and soy sauce. Thoroughly coat all vegetables; stir gently. Stir in hot pepper sauce. Simmer until heated through, about 10 minutes.
