Chocolate Chocolate Meringues Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (3 ounce) package instant orange flavored Jell-O

15 Tablespoons instant butter or margarine

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and gelatin in medium bowl. Stir in chocolate pudding mix.

Spread onto individual cookie sheets. Place 8 cookies on each cookie sheet, spreading evenly. Microwave at HIGH (100 percent) power for 1 minute, or until bubbles form around edges of cookies. Remove from microwave and immediately sprinkle with chocolate pudding mixture.

Immediately press Chocolate Meringue on the strawberry filling. Do not allow to cool completely before filling.

Remove strawberries from edible container. Strain remaining juice from chocolate meringue. Place alone or in large plastic container in microwave; cool completely.

Does not clump - predominantly because I did not heat the marsala at first. As I brough more water it loosened the crust but it was still very slight. Only used a can of full instead of a small jar. I planned on using the crushed walnuts for texture but gave them the shake instead.
