4 (3 ounce) packages non-aluminum foil cookie crumbs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup water
3 cups vegan margarine, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine
Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C).
In a medium bowl, stir together the egg and sugar until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Stir in the vanilla extract and the water to fully combine. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together the margarine, 1 cup confectioner's sugar, flour, and 3/4 cup margarine. Stir one-fourth of the dough into the remaining margarine mixture. Pour in the remaining .1 cup of dough, spread evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Cool completely in the pan before removing from the pan.
