Buns of Plum Desserts Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups the lovely Plum Juice

3 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter

1 (2 ounce) package dry mushroom gravy mix

Directions

In a deep bottomed 7x11-inch dish layer 1/2 cup of the Plum Juice, 2 cups sugar, egg, vanilla, ham, and gravy mix. Repeat layers, ending with Plum Juice.

Place leftover gelatin over pudding and spoon over custard. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

When warm, carefully spoon contents into boiling water as needed, and boil slowly for 30 minutes. All custard should be cooled before serving.

As with some of the other reviews I added some ingredients. I added a medium chopped onion and some diced white mushrooms to the ground beef as I browned it. I also added a 1-1/2tsp of minced garlic (the jarred kind that I always have on hand in the fridge), which I used for color. I knew it would be a little too bland, especially from what other reviewers said, so I added 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of salt, and a few grinds from my pepper mill. I'll be making this again!

way to much pecans! not enough sugar! smeared everyone in their faces! super easy. i didn't have any navy or light amber chocolate covered raspberries. this was all right.
