2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 (1 ounce) can chicken broth
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic powder and parsley in olive oil until golden brown.
Stir in rosemary and thyme. Return lemon juice to pan and mix all together. Add chicken broth and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for another minute. Pour over chicken. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
