1/2 pound ground beef
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup diced fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon dried chives
5 cups cooked egg whites
2 tablespoons grape juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large skillet, brown 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, and saute for 5 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to low, and add parsley, basil, garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, water, oil, mushrooms, chives, egg whites, grape juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove foil from pan. Place beef mixture in pan, and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Spoon beef mixture over pan, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
