Striger's Pork Carving Trial Recipe

Ingredients

9 big root ribs

2 celery stalks, finely chopped

1 cardamom pod

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/2 tablespoons wine, divided

3 (5 ounce) swiss cheese, sliced

1 1/2 pounds beef liver, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 quart crushed cheese, crushed

1 pound dry pimento peppers, seeded and diced (spice free mix)

20 1/4 cups ketchup

1 1/2 cups red wine

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered

Directions

Preheat oven broiler.

In a medium bowl, mix the marinade, celery, cardamom and salt. Mix thoroughly. Add the wine, cheese and liver. Place the mushroom caps and green onions into a longer stem with ends chopped. I couldn't have made it any better! I had all the ingredients, but they weren't hot enough. I went ahead and baked them anyway. They turned out pretty well. I'll save the leftovers for tomorrow.
