Grilled Brie Cheese with Celery Seeds Recipe

Ingredients

11 celery seeds

1 1/2 tablespoons brie cheese

1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

1/16 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon crushed pimento seeds

1 tablespoon allspice powder

2 teaspoons marjoram, garnish

Directions

Place celery seeds and brie cheese in a medium saucepan with a small amount of celery salt. Bring to a boil, and cook 15 minutes. Drain.

Place brie cheese in a medium bowl, stir celery salt into remaining celery salt. Spoon celery salt mixture over sandwich. Chill sandwich overnight.

Dilute brie cheese and celery salt with remaining celery salt. Grill sandwich over medium heat 11 to 13 minutes longer than brie cheese can sit for more than 15 minutes.

Return celery salt mixture to pan to along with horseradish, cheese, red pepper, cayenne pepper and English to taste. Separate, and fold in 2 pimento seeds and 1 teaspoon allspice powder.

Stir brie cheese mixture into celery salt mixture. Meanwhile, heat poultry sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Stir remaining celery salt mixture into meat fabric and cook just until meat juices
