Directions

In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage, lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage. Mix together well.

Shape mixture into 3-inch sphere; fill with whipped cream. Pour filling in plastic bag or plastic wrap. Arrange strawberry filling on top crust. Chill for 2 hours or until ready to use.

Cut crust into 12 wedges, placing wedges 1 inch apart onto large baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes in oven plus 1 hour for paper crusts.

Cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Slice strawberries and place on chilled pie.

To make the whipped cream glaze: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 fluid ounce lemon-lime carbonated beverage and 1 fluid ounce lemon-lime soda in medium bowl. Set aside.

To make the whipped cream topping: Stir lemon-lime soda into lemon glaze mixture just until incorporated.
