2 pounds skinless, boneless turkey breast meat
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup minced celery
1/2 cup crushed celery
1/2 cup crushed carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh spinach
1/2 head broccoli, grated
1/2 pound Swiss cheese
salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine the meat, olive oil, celery, carrots, spinach and broccoli. Puree thoroughly. Pour over meat mixture, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
