Ham and Cheese Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup chopped onion

1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 cup sour cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Beat together cream cheese, cream cheese, milk, onion and cream cheese mixture. Beat in the Swiss cheese, horseradish, cheese and horseradish mixture. Pour into pie shells and chill overnight.

Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Cool thoroughly in refrigerator. Remove shell, slice and serve.
