5 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. ToMake the Monogram Potion-Pour eggs and water into a large saucepan, over medium heat. Whisk together and cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter. Stir in soaked pecans and butter. Spread prepared mixture in prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Allow to cool. To make the chocolate covered candy:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Melt 3/4 cup butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in reserved 1/4 cup of boiling butter, coriander, and 1 cup boiling water. Bring to a boil.
Divide chocolate into 2 and 3 portions; pile nuts on top. Pour over caramel in pan. In two bowls, toss to coat. Stir in just enough water to thicken. Drizzle melted chocolate mixture over cake, to allow some to drip off. Invert cakes onto serving plate; pour with remaining 2 cups boiling water.
