1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (10 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, combine pineapple, evaporated milk, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into pie shell and chill overnight.
