Very good, tangy flavor. When I think of bread, I usually think of clumps of butter. But this bread was so easy to make and it was good for the bread.

I gave it 5 stars, everyone thought it was fresh but me, my husband and I recieved it appraisingly. I knew it was but I didn't prepare it and I didn't cook it. This is a great resource for when i need to make something quick and easy.
