1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, egg white, vanilla and almond extract. Stir in 3 cups of dry ingredients until thoroughly combined. Pour evenly over cake and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares or triangles. Cool
