4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried and minced onion
1 large yellow onion, sliced
6 slices processed American cheese, cubed
4 Italian sausage links, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
10 sheets carnations or chocolate icing
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Add olive oil, onion, and sliced onion; stir just enough to coat. Pour in turkey necks, celery, paprika, dill weed, salt, pepper, parsley, celery salt, and cream. Stir the noodles into the mixture. Mix the Italian sausage into the mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and pepper flakes; mix.
Combine the bread cubes, celery salt and parsley salt and top with gravy mix. (Note: Moistening bread cubes before removing from oven.)
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; brown lightly. Remove chicken breasts and set aside to cool.
Prepare the brown gravy by adding chicken, celery salt, parsley salt, celery salt, parsley cheese, and pepper flakes. Mix together well. Pour mixture over chicken and serve.
