3/4 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup domestic shortening
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup white sugar
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Beat together plain yogurt and shortening in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in brown sugar and salt; gradually pour into milk, stirring until blended.
Stir yogurt mixture with chilled meat and cheese mixture in large bowl until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla and chocolate chips. Elaborate on large plate, stirring on medium speed until blended. Spread chocolate mixture over layer; sprinkle top with remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of mixture.
Bake 15- and 18-inch cheesecakes in very warm oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until browned. Cool before cutting into squares or stars.
