2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages instant banana pudding mix
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
4 bananas, sliced
Prepare the chocolate cream topping by blending together the cream cheese, pudding mix, chocolate chips, and vanilla wafers. Mix egg whites until foamy.
Add bananas and 1 cup brown sugar; mix with banana mixture. Chill until cream topping has melted. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Cut mixture into small squares. Serve refrigerated.
