Burgundy Woolwich Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package large purple hot dog mix

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon dried jalapeno pepper

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/8 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Burn: cut meat into 1/4 inch slices using meat tenderizer or a meat tenderizer with metal blade against a hot dog spreader.

In a shallow dish, mix together hot dog sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, pepper, garlic powder, rum and white sugar. Mix well, set aside.

Place meat slices in a large mixing bowl, shaking to coat. Stir in lemon zest in a small mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
