Orange Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) sour cream pie crust

1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

2 cups sour cream

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, orange juice and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight or more can be stored in refrigerator.

Remove from refrigerator, and place into a large mold or metal bowl to chill overnight.

In a small mixing bowl, mix sour cream with remaining orange juice, brown sugar and orange juice. Mix thoroughly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bake pie in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cream cheese is bubbly. Cool completely.

When pie is cool, top with whipped cream and pecans. Pour cream cheese mixture into pie crust. Repeat with all remaining ingredients.
