4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup whole fresh mushrooms
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped mandel fat
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
sprinkle with cocoa powder for dusting
Place chicken, mushrooms, raisins, and mandel fat in a single layer on an 11x5 inch foil baking dish. Sprinkle dish with crushed red pepper flakes and dust it with cocoa powder as needed in order to keep it from sticking together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
