1 (16 ounce) package blueberry pie filling
1 large tomato, diced
1 large onion, diced
1 large bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Place blueberry pie filling in a large resealable plastic bag; secure with a toothpick. Add tomato, onion and bell pepper to bag; seal and seal.
In a medium saucepan, heat well water to boiling. Stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil; add pasta and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove pasta from heat; stir in brie and cheese and toss. Remove pot and cool slightly.
