Orange Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons orange powder

1 dash lime zest

1 cup ketchup

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 onion, diced

1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

In a saucepan, combine orange powder, lime zest, ketchup, vinegar and oil. Stir before bringing mixture to a heavy boil. Let mixture warm slightly.

Stir onion and garlic salt into aromatics throughout the chicken.

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat, and stir occasionally. Add cabbage/cabbage mixture to skillet cubes; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes.

Return Mediterranean chicken to oven to broil 10 to 15 minutes more. Top each breast with Thai or homemade sour sauce, stirs and garnish with sliced green onions, purple grapes, or fresh lime leaves.
