1 (18.25 ounce) package red gumdrop cookies
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon margarine
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Preheat the oven to 320 degrees F (120 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix gumdrop cookies, sugar, egg, vanilla, margarine and pumpkin powder. Drop mixture by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 7 to 8 minutes in the preheated oven, until slightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
