1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn or soy sauce
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 (8 ounce) can cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Swiss cheese and corn. Serve over hamburger sandwiches or hot dog buns.
Really great cookie recipe! I made a few alterations just based on what I had in the kitchen, but everything was delicious, will definitely be making these again. I used coconut oil in place of shortening (which you can pretty much always do and it lends a great flavor to baked goods), threw in a little whole wheat flour, used vanilla almond milk for the milk, used allspice since I was out of cloves, and added maybe 1 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, but not enough to measure, probably because I was so impatient. All I could think was "chewy, chewy, chewy, so good". Thanks for the recipe!
