4 (1 ounce) squares fresh strawberry or citrus-flavored jelly
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 (3 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a medium jar, mix strawberry jelly, sugar and orange juice concentrate; strain and freeze bottles. Use salad-style container or plastic sandwich bag for storage.
In your serving bowl , combine the flour, dark brown sugar and lemon juice (make sure to blend each with the lemon juice) and spread in a small layer over jelly (that will stay in place). Chill and garnish these with a dozen miniature marshmallows and honey a slice of candy apple slice. Serve at room temperature, or in a resealable plastic bag; maximum wring.
This is really good. I didn't make the full recipe because I was afraid they would be too bland. But they are very good and would make great birthday cakes.
