3/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon blueberries
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 cup chopped blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, blueberries, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated. Mix in flour, then gradually mix in milk, beating until blended. Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture until just blended. Fold in blueberries. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
