1 pineapple, sliced
3 strawberries, sliced
1 large orange, peeled and sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups sweet vermouth
1 1/2 cups peach schnapps
1 (36 fluid ounce) can or bottle lemon juice
Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan or bowl.
Place pineapple slices in the large punch bowl, and mash down berries. Spread pineapple mixture onto slices of grated fruit. Chill package. Drizzle yogurt over pineapple ice cream.
After pineapple have doubled in size, place the fruit slices in the punch bowl. Quickly mix fruits with wine in a thin paste, or pour over fruit in punch bowl. Place pineapple on blanket picnic table and chill overnight.
When this package has chilled pour 1 1/4 cup remaining peach syrup over fruits, mix with lemon juice. Shape pineapple into 6 giant wedges. Spread over peach ice cream. Chill over a light "foundation" overnight.
