1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
1 (12 ounce) package sweet potato chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare a 9 inch square pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, sugar, dry mustard, white sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well and roll the mixture into a 1/2 inch thick. Place one portion of the dough on each of the prepared baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
