Welsh Fusion Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup clarified butter

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 onion, chopped

1/3 cup water

1 (16 ounce) can mild stewed mushrooms

1 (10 ounce) package dry beef mix

Directions

In a medium saucepan bring water to a boil. Stir in butter; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add broth, onion, water, mushrooms, stewed mushrooms and beef mix. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, until beef is tender.
