3/4 cup butter for frying
3 large yellow onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 3/4 cups boiling water
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Beat cream cheese and mozzarella cheese until smooth.
Place shredded mozzarella cheese onto the fryer. Pour boiling water over cream cheese and cheese mixture.
Pour boiling water over cream cheese mixture. Cover loosely. Cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes or until baguette strands are paper thin.
Fry 6 to 10 minutes until completely cooked. Serve with sliced yellow onion, relish with lemon juice.
