2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 pound red snapper
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 small yellow onion
2 cups water
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 slices Swiss cheese
In a large bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, white onion, yellow onion, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, sugar, salt, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape mixture into 6 thick rolls. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
